RxPulse is operated by RxPulse Technologies LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. Our platform provides pharmacy staff operations tools including task management, staff scheduling communications, waitlist management, and operational checklists.

2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Staff profile information — Name, role, phone number, hire date, birthday (month and day only, no year), state license number, and license expiration date. This information is entered by pharmacy administrators.
- Authentication data — Phone numbers used for SMS-based two-factor authentication login.
- Usage data — Task completions, checklist submissions, login timestamps, and in-app activity logs.
- Device data — Browser type, device identifiers, and push notification tokens used to deliver operational alerts to your device.
- Communications — Messages sent through the platform's operational features (requests, incident reports, announcements).
3. What We Do Not Collect
RxPulse is not a patient-facing platform. We do not collect, store, or process:
- Patient names, dates of birth, or contact information
- Prescription information or medication records
- Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA
- Social Security Numbers or financial account information
- Payment card data
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate staff members via SMS verification codes
- Deliver operational notifications — task assignments, overdue alerts, calendar reminders, and license expiry reminders
- Display staff profiles and role-based access within the portal
- Generate operational reports and checklists for pharmacy management
- Improve the RxPulse platform and troubleshoot technical issues
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
5. SMS Messaging
By providing a phone number to the RxPulse platform (via your pharmacy administrator), you consent to receive SMS messages from RxPulse for the following purposes:
- Login verification codes (one-time passcodes)
- Operational alerts — task assignments and reminders
- Calendar event reminders — audit dates, license renewals
- Personal license expiry reminders
- Welcome messages upon account creation
Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of operational SMS notifications, contact your pharmacy administrator or email support@rxpulse.app. Note that opting out of authentication SMS will prevent portal login.
Message frequency: Varies based on pharmacy operational activity. Typically 1–5 messages per day.
For help, reply HELP to any message. To opt out, reply STOP.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Your pharmacy — Pharmacy administrators and managers can view staff profile information within the portal.
- Service providers — We use the following third-party services to operate RxPulse:
- Google Firebase — database and authentication infrastructure
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- Anthropic — AI assistant features (PulseAI) — no patient data is ever shared
- Vercel — application hosting
- SendGrid — transactional email delivery
- Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RxPulse Technologies LLC, our users, or others.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- SMS-based two-factor authentication for all portal access
- Role-based access controls — staff can only access features appropriate to their role
- Data encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Firebase Realtime Database security rules
- Session expiration after 12 hours of inactivity
No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact your pharmacy administrator immediately.
8. Data Retention
Staff profile data is retained for as long as the pharmacy maintains an active RxPulse account. When a staff member is deactivated, their profile data is marked inactive but retained for audit purposes. Pharmacies may request permanent deletion by contacting support@rxpulse.app.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of certain communications

10. Children's Privacy
RxPulse is a professional platform intended for pharmacy staff members 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of RxPulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
